Cancellation/Refund policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, PLEASE call us as soon as possible. Your reservation is for a private transfer that we have scheduled on the date and time you have designated. During peak season dates (Christmas Week and New Years Week, MLK weekend, President’s weekend, Spring Break, and any festival weekends) reservations must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to your arrival date in order to receive a refund or credit. Peak Season reservations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date require full payment at time of booking. During non-peak dates, reservations must be cancelled one week or more prior to your arrival date in order to receive a refund or credit. Non-peak reservations made less than a week prior to your arrival date require full payment at time of booking. Refunds are subject to a 10% booking/cancellation fee.

Reservations must be guaranteed at time of booking with a credit card. Gratuity not included in above fares. Please inform you reservation agent if you wish to add gratuity to your credit card. Your credit card will be charged full fare amount 30 days in advance during peak season, one week in advance for non-peak dates. Fares may be subject to change without notice. Fuel surcharge may be applicable. If the event of a flight delay, please call us as soon as you know you will be late. We can wait up to 30 minutes maximum. If delay is longer than 30 minutes, we will accommodate your reservation on our next available opening. If you would like us to wait at the airport specifically for your flight arrival longer than 30 minutes, standby time may be applicable.
